Acme Digitek Solutions was established in 1992 by the name and style of Digitek Systems. It started as a repair and maintenance organization doing repair work and undertook Third Party Maintenance services. After a few years, Digitek ventured into Sales and Services and tied up with several companies to provide PC’s and peripherals to customers.

Subsequently, a few years later, Digitek became a partner Digital Equipment India Ltd. to look after the sales and maintenance operations in U.P., providing RISC and X86 based servers and PC’s to its customers. After a few acquisitions and mergers, Digitek became the Premier Partner of Hewlett Packard India. Subsequently, we also partnered with CISCO for their entire range of Networking products and with SUN Microsystems for their RISC based servers.

In 2005, Digitek built and established our Headquarters at Digitek House in Lucknow. We started Systems Integration practices in several other areas viz. Video Conferencing, Video Surveillance, Digitization and other associated areas, and tied up with several OEM’s of these products.

Having achieved a lot of success with the above partnerships, in an endeavor to expand its offerings, Digitek started its software practice and started the process of development of a number of solutions for verticals where we had a good domain knowledge and experience. A very good repository of solutions have been created and deployed over a period of time, accompanied by customer testimonials and leadership and innovation awards from a number of media agencies and independent bodies.
