IT Milestones and Achievements
- First in U.P. to float third party AMC services for different makes of Desktops and peripherals in 1991.
- First in U.P. to implement UTP LAN for DOT in the year 1994.
- First in U.P. to be associated directly with a multinational company Digital Equipment India Ltd. in 1997.
- First in U.P. to implement Lease Line Internet connectivity in CDRI and BSIP in 1998.
- First in U.P. to implement Campus Wide Fibre Optic Network in Lucknow University in the year 2002.
- First in U.P. to establish a full fledged Data Center at Rajya Krishi Utpadan Mandi Parishad.
- First in U.P. to float the concept of “Automated Managed Services” for management of IT infrastructure.
- First in U.P. to start R&D and Innovation in the area of “Internet of Things” – IoT for building solutions around the Smart City and Digital India initiative of Govt. of India.
